When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping window is 1–3 weeks after order.

When will I get a tracking number?

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your jewelry leaves our facility.

Can I expedite my shipment?

Most shipping time is due to customs processing, which unfortunately cannot be expedited. While we can sometimes speed up the final delivery leg, this usually only shortens the wait by 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can deliver to your location.

Is a signature required for delivery?

By default, a signature is not required. However, you can request signature confirmation at checkout for extra security. For high-risk orders, we may require a signature at our discretion.

Will I owe tariffs or duties?
